Nominee and judging process

Stage 1 - Nominations

Nominee applications are invited from all HR and related industry professionals. Nominations are open from 1May to 31 July 2009.

Stage 2 - Nominee finalists announced

After all applications have been received each will be considered and a summary report collated and presented to the esteemed judging panel for their consideration and approval. Once this process is completed a full short list of "Official Nominees" will be announced.

Stage 3 - Finalists' submissions

Once announced all official nominees will be contacted and detailed reports prepared on each nominee in every category. These will be based upon category specific criteria and will provide judges with all the necessary information needed to choose a winner in each of the award categories.

Stage 4 - Judges' decision

The panel of esteemed representative judges will review all finalists' submissions. Judges will use their experience to evaluate and select the winners in each category in an impartial, balanced and fair manner.

Stage 5 - HRM Awards 2009 gala evening and awards presentation

The who's who of the HR industry will gather for the announcement of all the winners at what has become 'the' HR night of the year. This years event promises to be the biggest and best yet with a prestigious black tie gala dinner and awards ceremony, at the Conrad Hong Kong on the 11th of November 2009.
