Elmar Kronz

Elmar Kronz is the Vice President for DDI Asia. He was the managing director for Development Dimensions International's (DDI) Germany and Southern Europe operations. Before assuming that role, he worked as an executive consultant in the Executive Solutions Group at DDI's world headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA.

He has experience supporting clients across a range of DDI's capabilities with a primary focus on talent management, executive assessment and development, and selection in the last 8 years.

Mr. Kronz has provided consulting support for many domestic and multinational clients in various industries, including banking/ finance, automotive, civil service, IT, pharmacology, and manufacturing. Over the past ten years with DDI, he has worked extensively with companies such as Agilent Technologies, Boehringer Ingelheim, Cisco Systems, DaimlerChrysler, EMC, Gillette, GMAC, Kellogg, General Motors, Microsoft, Nokia, SAP, UBS, and the United Nations.

Before joining DDI, Mr. Kronz worked with a German recruiting company, where he gained experience in the search and selection of executive personnel in various fields.
