Irene Hau-Siu Chow is a Professor in the Department of Management, The Chinese University of Hong-Kong.  Dr. Chow earned her MBA and PhD from Georgia State University. Her academic experience includes appointments in Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, and the USA.  She published widely in international journals. Her current research interests include gender and cultural issues in Chinese societies, social networks, high performance work systems and comparative human resources management practices.
