Wayne's expertise in organizational effectiveness, executive selection and development, and leadership transformation enables him to take a broad perspective and bring clarity to complex business challenges. He has global consulting experience, particularly in Asia, working in a wide variety of organizations across many sectors.

Wayne's clients include Volkswagen, Novartis, Schindler, Philips, IBM, Microsoft, Caterpillar, Air China, Huawei Technology, China Telecom, China Resources, ICBC etc.

Wayne has a M.S. degree in Human Resources Development from The Pennsylvania State University, USA, and a B.S. degree in Psychology from East China Normal University in China.
