Raymond is the General Manager of Business Management Division as well as the Productivity Training Institute of the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC). He is leading a team of consultants to provide contemporary consultancy and staff development programme in the areas of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), PRC domestic sales, Malcolm Baldrige Award Assessment, Enterprise 2.0 services for next generation CEO and Quality Service Schemes for different industry sectors.

Raymond has recently launched the CSR-care SME Index which is the first CSR index for SME in Hong Kong. He has also obtained Government support on developing a Smart Guide in doing Domestic Sales in PRC to assist SMEs to enter PRC domestic market. Lastly, Raymond is also responsible for managing all training venues ranging from classroom to multi-functional exhibition hall and theatre in Hong Kong Productivity Council.
