Carl Redondo is the Consulting Leader for Hewitt's Hong Kong office. Carl acts as the General Manager in Hong Long and the benefits consulting practice leader for China. Carl is also one of the lead consultants in Hewitt's Corporate Transactions Consulting Practice.

Carl has been working for Hewitt in Asia for many years and was based in Korea before moving to Hong Kong. Whilst in Korea, Carl established Hewitt's benefits consulting business.

Previous to working in Asia, Carl spent seven years working as a consultant in Hewitts International Benefits Practice out of London.

Carl is a contributing writer to the SCMP, International Pensions magazine and Investments & Pensions Asia. He has also recently co-authored the book titled Retirement Savings Handbook 2009. Carl is a UK qualified actuary.
