Deirdre Lander is the director of Data, Surveys and Technology Hong Kong. She was formerly Head of Towers Watson Human Capital Group in Hong Kong with additional Asia Pacific responsibility for Organization Measurement consulting services.

Deirdre has been involved extensively in organization strategy clarification and design with a number of her clients. A particular focus of these engagements was to re-position the company's internal human resources function to deliver more customer focused, value-added services to their operational business partners.

Deirdre holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from the University of Western Australia and completed Honors in Psychology at the University of Melbourne. She is a registered Psychologist and member of the Human Resources Institutes of Australia and Hong Kong.
