Lynda is responsible for the executive coaching practice of Plus Partnership (www.pluspartnership.com) for Asia Pacific. She is considered one of Asias leading executive coaches and has the distinction of being the first coach in Australasia (excluding Japan) to achieve the International Coach Federations highest designation  Master Certified Coach.

Prior to commencing her coaching practice in 1997 she held senior positions in accounting, finance, human resources and marketing in Hong Kong, London and Sydney.

Lynda partners with Asia Pacifics top talent, MDs, EVPs and SVPs from Auckland to Beijing, from Taipei to Penang and the countries in between. She coaches Chinese, Europeans, South Asians and Australians amongst others in the area of cultural sensitivity, emotionally intelligent behaviours, high performance attitudes and leadership styles. Lynda brings a passion to her vocation and absolute commitment to her clients.
