Kelly Leahy is the Communications Consultant in Mercers Hong Kong office, with responsibility for building client relationships in Hong Kong as well as within Greater China, North and South East Asia.

Kelly has more than 15 years of experience in developing internal and external strategic communications programs for organizations ranging from innovative start-ups to some of the worlds leading brands and influencers. At Mercer, Kelly develops and implements a wide range of multi-media communication solutions to address major change management projects, benefit changes, human resource program initiatives, internal communication effectiveness, employer branding and employee engagement.

Kelly is a graduate of Vanderbilt University.
