	Francis Mok President Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management Francis Mok is the President of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management. Francis is a seasoned HR professional, with broad scope of experience in strategic human resource management, learning and development, talent management, performance management, employee engagement and Corporate Social Responsibilities. Francis is also an experienced line manager in his previous role leading and transforming engineering and operational units to achieve operational excellence. Francis is active in community services. In additional to his various roles with HKIHRM he also serves the Labour department ERB and the HKMA DBM/DMS as advisor.
